IACDS Annual Meeting - 2024

The annual networking event, board meeting and AGM 2024 of our international association Association IACDS took place at the end of January.

Lots of nationalities gathered in the room with one common goal of setting global standards for our specialists contractor services for the drilling and sawing industry. This year it was held in Las Vegas following on from World of Concrete showcase. Special thanks to Concrete Sawing & Drilling Association (CSDA) -US Association who kindly hosted the association events.

In the meeting it was agreed that the IACDS will push on and work on an International Training & authorised Card System world wide. This is a tremendous achievement which has been in the planning for decades. 

Julie White, D-Drill MD is very excited and honoured that this has finally moving forward, with all the countries in the association behind this great initiative. Julie as Chair of Drilling & Sawing Association - UK association is one of the major players in getting this going and the fundamentals will be based a lot on our apprenticeship scheme, as this is one of the best training programs in the World.

A very proud day indeed!
