D-Drill & Sawing offers a complete package of anchor bolt installation for mast companies within the telecoms industry for both monopole and lattice type construction, Anchor bolts for new steel chimney installation, and for strengthening existing chimneys. Either Zinc plated or Hot Dip Galvanised dependant ‘M’ bolts can be used or mechanical type anchors including mechanical resin anchors. All anchors can be load tested to the required kN specified on the design model using our specialist Hydrajaws testers, which have capacity from 1 kN through to 370 kN. All D-Drill & Sawing operatives are CSCS NVQ level 2 certified as well as certified by the Construction Fixings Association to install and load test anchors and are certified supervisors for these specialist areas. Anchor bolt installation & load testing can be carried out in as little as two days, and we offer a comprehensive nationwide service. We can as also install anchors/fixings for heating and ventilations, structural steelwork and steel chimney maintenance and installation.
