D-Drill Breaks the bank

D-Drill were called in to what was a NatWest Bank in Birkdale near Southport. Part of the strong room had to be demolished to make way for a new interior to be fitted.

The walls consisted of very heavy reinforced concrete due to being part of the strong room. Also  with the building surrounded by other businesses and flats adjacent, it was important that we were able to break in without drawing attention. Two of the walls were removed by wallsawing and using a Brokk 90 demolition robot. Our client was happy as the work was completed within budget and program with minimal disruption caused.
