Eco Vapour Clean road markings removal
D-Drill was called out to King John Court in Shoreditch to remove road markings using the innovative new Eco-Vapour Clean service.
EcoVapourClean’s technology differs significantly from dry, slurry and traditional water-based blast methods. The machine employs its own patent-pending GRX Flow Dynamics technology, which optimizes the air, water and media ratio. The result is a fine mist with a blast that is powerful like the dry method, but with up to 92 percent less airborne dust.
Unlike conventional wet blasting, the mist expelled quickly evaporates.
No pools of water left behind.
No toxic runoff to worry about.
And because it uses significantly less blast media than wet blasting, clean-up is minimal.
The result is a cleaner, better-contained process that current customers will appreciate and future customers will prefer.
This technology allowed the team to remove the road markings with no damage made to the road surface.
The client was on site to see the work carried out, with the view to using D-Drill and the Eco-Vapour Clean machine for more highway improvements. They were very pleased with the results achieved.
